Incorporating all three of Dan’s favorite activities, we encourage you to grab some friends and join us from any location around the world to get on your feet, get on the water, and get on a bike. This triathlon will take place in April, June, and September and it isn’t something you need to train for, have any athletic ability to participate, or stress about getting the best time. It’s simply about moving your body, getting outside, sharing in community, and most importantly feeling awesome.

You don’t have to participate in all three, your participation is totally up to you! For all who do participate, we encourage you to share your experience that day on social media and use #TheOlsonProject so that we can spread awareness for mental health near and far. We will be randomly selecting a winner from each event to win an Olson Project gift pack! And will possibly select a grand prize winner for those who participate in all three … we will have to see what Dan has up his sleeve.

More information to come in the next couple of weeks but in the meantime mark your calendars!

GET ON YOUR FEET DAY
Sunday, April 25th
Run, Walk, Jog, Hike, Skip

Put on your shoes, grab a friend (or your dog), get outside and take a stroll. There is no requirement on distance, time, or how you elect to get on your feet, the most important thing is that you do it. If you want to challenge yourself or a friend on this day, that’s totally up to you!

Together we can inspire others to get back on their feet again and spread awareness in support of mental health.

GET ON THE WATER DAY
Sunday, June 27th
Swim, Surf, Paddleboard, Fish, Wakeboard, Wakesurf, Water Ski, Splash Around

There is no wrong or right way to get on the water, what’s important is that you do it. Grab some friends and share the stoke. If you want to challenge yourself or a friend on this day, that’s totally up to you!

Together we can inspire others to enjoy more time on the water and spread awareness in support of mental health.

GET ON YOUR BIKE DAY
Sunday, September 19th
Road Bike, Mountain Bike, Beach Cruiser, Tandem, Electric Bike, Unicycle

Find your favorite way to ride a bike, grab a crew, and enjoy your ride with a smile. There is no requirement on distance, time, or the type of bike you want to ride, the most important thing is that you do it. If you want to challenge yourself or a friend on this day, that’s totally up to you!

Together we can inspire others to take more bike rides and spread awareness in support of mental health.

“Getting outside or moving my body (running, walking, being on the water, or biking) is meditative to me. You can be in the worst mood ever and a little bit of movement will completely transform your mood in a matter of seconds.”
- Dan Olson
